PURCHASING POLICY

For your safety, we do not accept under any circonstances returns on marchandise. Considering the nature of our products, risks the item has been soiled are too high. We are aware this mesure might seem like an inconvenient, but it was instaured for your own security. All our products are verified before they are shipped. However, if your toy has a warranty, please contact us to know to procedure to follow to return your item. Any defective product will be replaced by the same functional product.

 

SHIPPING

When you order from us, if an item is not in stock, we will advise you by email and you will be able to decide if you'd rather wait or cancel your order. All orders will be treated the following business day. You will receive your products in a maximum of 7 business days. If more time is needed to ensure your satisfaction, we will contact you. An email will be sent when the order is shipped. All our ordes are shipped with Canada Post's accelerated mail. It is also possible to order an pay online and to pick it up at our store in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

 

DISCRETION

 DELIVERY CHARGES

  All orders over 49.99$ before tax are shipped with Canada Post's accelerated mail with free shipment everywhere in Canada. Orders of 59.99$ and less before tax have a fixed shipment rate of 5.99$ no matter the order.
